Brandon is 3!

I can't believe that Brandon is 3! His Birthday was conference Sunday... so we had a BUZZ family party! Brandon was so cute when he woke up that morning he wanted to say a prayer and read the friend! The whole day he was sooooo excited for his happy to you party! My favorite part of the day was when Dave lit his birthday cake Brandon started to sing "happy to me" ! I love my little buddy and am so grateful to have him.

6 YEARS!

Me and Dave went to Park City to celebrate our anniversary and the fall colors are amazing!
The best part of the night was looking out our hotel window and seeing a firework show literally right across the street!
I cannot believe that I have been married to my wonderful husband for 6 years! The day we were married I did not care if the cake fell, or any if any of the details we spent planning were absolutely perfect! I knew the most important detail was kneeling across the alter and being sealed to you, for all time and eternity! I am so blessed to have such an amazing man to share my life with! I am so happy that even though you were on a date... you knew you would regret it for the rest of your life if you did not meet me! I love you and I can't wait to see what our lives bring! You make me so happy I love you forever!

Uintas

We just got home from backpacking the Uintas!
Dave took me and our friends from St. George up to the Uintas for a 3 day backpacking trip!
We hiked a total of 16 miles! We have to carry everything we need food, tent, sleeping bags, and water! I can't believe I made it, some of the trails get really steep and I am a wuss! LOL! At the end of the day I love it.

Vegas!

Viva Las Vegas!
We decided to take a quick weekend trip down
to Vegas to enjoy the pools at Mandalay Bay
and to visit some of our favorite friends!
Brandon is such a social little boy it was amazing to see how he could draw so much unwanted attention! He loved the elevator rides we were on the 31st floor the highest floor in the building! Brandon loved this, every time the door would open he would greet the new riders, and then perform a magic trick of trying to make a penny appear and hand it to some one! Of course there was no penny and a lot of people wondering what he was trying to hand them!
He loved the pool they have a lazy river that he could do laps around! I just loved how cute he looked in his sunglasses!
We went to the aquarium it was short and sweet! There were alot of sharks and predator creatures! Brandon loved it, but it was definiately a one time deal to go!
It was fun to be able to spend time with my boys, I love them both to pieces!

*I have an amazing tip for anyone wanting to take a trip and not spend a fortune on FOOD! I feel like eating out is our downfall!
There is a website called www.restaurants.com and they have gift certificates everywhere! I was a skeptical and thought it was a scam becuase you can get $25 gift cards for $2-3 each. Almost every restaurant at Mandalay Bay is on there!
They have local UT ones too!
one thing to note:
There are rules for every gift card and you can *only use one once a month at the restaurant
*Minimum of entrees or *how much you have to spend
But if you pre plan your trip with these you can save a ton of money on your bill and they are not a scam! We have used them in UT and Vegas and they work!

Conference Sunday Snow!!!

I love conference Sunday it was so fun to wake up this time to a snow-storm!!! I love making huge breakfast snuggling up in our pj's and blankets and watching the talks! During the break Dave and Brandon helped neighbors plow driveways and build Brandon's first snowman! He loved it!

Cruise

Here are a couple of photos from mine and Dave's 7 day trip to Honduras and Cozumel. We had a lot of fun zip-lining through the jungle snorkeling with sting rays and my favorite drinking pina's and of course Mexican food!

2011

You know you have issues when you look at your blog and the last post was in October! I must say this last year was a little busy!!! We moved into our new house around Thanksgiving the holidays flew by trying to unpack juggle family parties and do all the Christmas shopping! But all in all we had a wonderful Christmas!

I am so happy to ring in the new year as a new me! I have so many goals to accomplish this year and my biggest goal I am working on is getting organized.
I have never been good with time management, but becoming a wife, mother and working has forced me into pushing myself to new limits! This year I am taking it one day at a time with one project and one goal!

One of my clients mentioned to me that it is an old wives tale "that if you are behind on your laundry when you ring in the new year you will be behind all year!" This was a frightening thought for me so I started with my first project and focused on all the laundry being done 100% now I am going to keep it up by just doing one load every day!!!
